Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) and UBIS University of Switzerland have signed a cooperation agreement on a joint MBA program.
According to Tehsil.biz, the purpose of the agreement is a partnership between BANM and UBIS in the field of education and academics. The agreement provides for the implementation of dual degree programs in MBA at BANM on the basis of UBIS educational programs.
The cooperation agreement provides for the implementation of educational programs by BANM, which will be approved by the UBIS International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) and other accreditation bodies in the future. BANM, in turn, will teach UBIS educational programs with high quality.
The cooperation agreement was signed by the rector of the Baku Higher Oil School Elmar Gasimov and the Deputy Director General of UBIS University, Director for Commercial Affairs Rafael Salazar.
Welcoming the guests at the online meeting, BANM Rector Elmar Gasimov first of all congratulated all teachers on the occasion of Teacher's Day. Touching upon the importance of the agreement signed between BANM and UBIS, the rector said that this cooperation will be beneficial for both universities. Elmar Gasimov invited the leadership of UBIS University to Azerbaijan.
Rovshan Budagov, Director of BANM's Business Management Training Center, informed about the training process to be implemented in the MBA program within the framework of joint cooperation. He stressed that international cooperation is the key to the future success of higher education institutions.
Noting that the cooperation agreement is an opportunity for both universities, Deputy Director General of UBIS Rafael Salazar said that students of both universities will be able to take advantage of this opportunity at a high level.
UBIS University in Geneva, Switzerland offers high-level bachelor's (BBA, BAIR), master's (MBA, MAIR) and doctoral studies in business administration and international relations.
