Rector of Azerbaijan University of Languages ​​(AUL), academician, People's Writer Kamal Abdulla met with first-year students admitted to the Translation Faculty of the university in the 2021-2022 academic year.

The rector said that the meeting with the students was a significant event for him. Kamal Abdullah said that such meetings will be continuous and that these meetings are related to the early resolution of the difficulties that students will face. He congratulated the newly admitted students and expressed hope that their choices would give them the right direction to build their future lives.

It was noted that the projects of AUL are especially important for students. Thus, students can increase their skills and outlook through these projects. Speaking about the "One-Day Caliph" project, the rector said that it is important in terms of developing students' management and teamwork skills.

Kamal Abdulla also spoke about the conditions created for students at the university, events, seminars, projects, organized circles and clubs, language and cultural centers, libraries.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Sevinj Zeynalova, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Novruz Mammadov and Vice-Rector for International Relations, Professor Jala Garibova informed about the wide opportunities of the university in various fields and wished the students success.
