The list of higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan where doctoral programs have been established has been changed.

The Cabinet of Ministers has signed a new decision in this regard, Tehsil.biz reports.

According to the decision, along with the Doctor of Philosophy, the Azerbaijan Cooperation University will accept students for the doctoral program.
