Doctoral students will be trained at the Azerbaijan Cooperation University.

According to Tehsil.biz, the decision signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov amended the "List of higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan where doctorates are established."

Previously, the Azerbaijan Cooperation University accepted doctoral students for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
