Leaders of the Austrian company ComplexCore + Roman Yahoda and Thomas Taro Netzer held a three-level ComplexCore + training for students and staff of the Scientific-Educational Laboratory of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports on October 9-10.

ComplexCore + pays special attention to the mobility, stability and flexibility of the upper and lower limbs, as well as provides a combination of physical exercises that coordinate the body, upper and lower limb muscles in a coordinated manner, depending on the specific purpose.
The theoretical part of the training teaches basic knowledge of functional anatomy, as well as movement screening and assessment of motor skills.
The experimental part presents more than 3,000 different physical exercises for various purposes, such as rehabilitation, injury prevention, improvement of sports performance.
