Employees of Baku Engineering University (BMU) took part in a meeting organized by BMU in the framework of the Erasmus + KA2 project "Innovative Training Center (ITACA) to support the 3rd cycle postgraduate courses in Emergency Situations in Azerbaijan". Employees Parviz Hasanov, Yusif Abdullayev and Arif Najimov presented their proposals during the discussions.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the preparations for the opening of the Innovative Training Center (ETC) in the framework of the project "ETACMA" Erasmus + KA2 in early November this year, to discuss technical and organizational issues related to the placement and use of purchased equipment.
Research and training to address various environmental issues in the ERC, which will involve the European Union and local authorities, as well as environmental and oil and gas companies, to contribute to the strengthening of links between the university and industry during the three-year project. will be organized. The center also plans to apply innovative teaching methodologies to local partner universities, based on the experience of EU partner universities, which will allow for the modernization of the local higher education system.
