A group of 3rd year students majoring in Electrical Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (ASAU) visited the Mingachevir Hydroelectric Power Station.

During the excursion led by the head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Associate Professor Mahir Bagirzade, students got acquainted with all the technological processes at the station.

They were explained in detail the working principle of the water treatment plant, the hydrogen plant department, the mechanical department and the departments producing direct energy.

In the end, students' questions were answered by specialists.
