The project "Mentoring and exchange of experience for primary school teachers" was opened at the secondary school named after S.Yolchuoglu in Narimankand village of Bilasuvar region.

According to project manager Gunay Nuri, the main goal of the project is to develop the mentoring skills of primary school teachers, increase the knowledge and skills of low-achieving primary school teachers, teach them a more creative approach to teaching and teach students. consists of inculcating the means of forming high thinking habits. Mentoring trainings, initial diagnostics of teachers, training on the application of the new curriculum and training on the application of ICT in education are the objectives of the project.

According to the goals and objectives of the project, the project implementation will cover 5 parts: project management, mentoring training, initial diagnostics of teachers, exchange of experience and training set, and reporting period.

The project implementation period will be 3 months and will cover the period from September 15, 2021 to December 15, 2021. The project can be justified by the fact that primary school teachers will have more free time (non-teaching days from August and September, and the second half of the day after school in October).

A number of expected results emerge based on the tasks to be performed to achieve the project goal.

As a result, teachers participating in this training will achieve these developments: strengthen their knowledge in their specialties, learn the structure and content of the curriculum, differentiate the curriculum from traditional curricula, and more.

It should be noted that the project won the 5th grant competition of the Ministry of Education for Development and Innovation in Education.
