The next training laboratory was opened at AzTU

The Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) hosted the opening of the Cezeri Lab funded by the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA).

The opening ceremony was attended by AzTU Rector Vilayat Valiyev, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci, Deputy Education Minister Idris Isayev, TIKA Baku Office Coordinator Fatih Yilmaz and university representatives.

It was noted that Ceseri Lab is a laboratory specializing in 3D technology and electronics. Students will learn the process of production and design of various items here.

Laboratory 3D-scanner, 3D UV, 3D printing filament, CO2 laser cutting and marking, desktop lathe, digital microscope, vertical milling, drilling rigs that can be used in repair and restoration work, as well as desktop CNC router, arduino programming, professional and amateur soldering kits , equipped with modern equipment, tongs, various tools for teaching robotics and electronics.

The laboratory is also equipped with a special device to prevent air pollution from dust particles that may be formed during laser cutting. A computer and projector equipped with the Internet are designed for students to conduct research at the Ceseri Lab.

After getting acquainted with Ceseri Lab, the guests thanked TIKA for the establishment of such a laboratory at AzTU, and wished the students and faculty success in their new projects and ideas.
