Mingachevir State University (MSU) participates in the "Student Media" project implemented by the Center for Economic and Social Development, the International Media and Cultural Exchange Institute and with the financial support of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the Eastern Partnership Project.

Within the framework of the project, 3-day trainings were held for MSU students on October 15-17, 2021. The trainings covered issues such as better media coverage of students' thinking, writing articles, preparing photo reports, making videos, preparing infographics and other issues.

It was noted that the ongoing project includes a 4-day online visit on November 1-4, 2021 to get acquainted with student life, student institutions and their media in German universities, and on November 22-26, 2021 in Baku for students. A 5-day event is planned. The event will cover the basics of social media management, editorial management, etc. There will be an acquaintance with such issues as, online student media will be created together.

Participation in the trainings is free of charge, all travel and accommodation expenses will be covered from the project budget.

It should be noted that the MSU, which is currently in the process of modernization, focuses on providing a favorable educational environment that creates conditions for the comprehensive development of student youth, and special attention is paid to conducting relevant trainings in this direction.
