Latifov Eynulla Niyatulla oglu was born on September 8, 2001 in the village of II Nugadi.

On October 10, 2019, he went to active military service, first in Agjabadi and then in Agdam in military units "N". In August and September 2020, he participated in military exercises and became a manga commander. He took part in the capture of Fizuli, Jabrayil and Khojavend regions during the Patriotic War, which began on September 27 to liberate our occupied lands from the enemy. His last battle was in Khojavend. During the battles in the direction of Khojavend on October 18 at 18:00, the hero Eynulla and his two soldiers climbed to the highest peak - Martyrdom Peak, as a result of landmines.

Eynulla Latifov was buried on October 20, 2020 in the Nugadi village cemetery. The last cradle of the family was the only brother of two sisters.
By the order of President Ilham Aliyev, Eynulla Latifov was posthumously awarded the medals "For the Motherland", "For the Liberation of Khojavend" and "My Martyr of Light" established by the Caucasus Media Public Union.
