For the first time in the article, high-yield spiro [indole-3,2′-pyrrolidine] derivatives were replaced by three-component 1,3-dipolar cyclo-coupling reaction between isatin, benzylamine and α, β-unsaturated ketones at room temperature. was synthesized. In some cases, only one diastereoisomer was formed as a product. The reaction was carried out under the conditions of formation of azometin ilidine from isatin and benzylamine. The probability of formation of different regio- and stereoisomers was analyzed by PM7 quantum chemical calculations and NMR spectroscopy.
