Excursion to historical, cultural and heritage architectural monuments of Azerbaijan located in Lakit village of Gakh region was organized under the leadership of teachers of the Department of Architecture and Design of Baku Engineering University (BMU) Agil Kazimov, Azer Abbasov and chairman of the student club "Architecture and Construction" Dashdamir Bayramov.

During the excursion for the last year students studying in the English department of the department, the town-planning position, photos, current situation, material concept and application of the planned area as a small historical town were collected and documented for future scientific and diploma work. was submitted.

During the tour, students visited the "Temple-5th century architectural monument of world importance" and got acquainted with the current situation. Students also studied the area and conducted research using historical sources.

BMU teachers used their experience to inform students about the practical study, preservation and cultural heritage of our historical monuments.
