On October 25, 2021, a seminar on "Innovations in Judicial and Legal Reforms: Fundamentals of Mediation and Mediation Legislation" was organized for law students at the Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The seminar was presented by Natig Mammadov, a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a member of the Qualification Commission of the Mediation Council, Tehsil.biz reports.

At the seminar, students were given theoretical knowledge about the concept and essence of mediation, mediation legislation, national and international experience in this field, the goals and principles of mediation, the stages of mediation. Students were also informed about the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to be a good mediator.

In the end, the questions of the audience were answered in detail by the trainer.
