Baku Engineering University (BMU) hosted an informative event on AIESEC's Global Teacher and Global Talent internship programs.

According to Tehsil.biz, the event provided detailed information on the history of the organization, its development and registration procedures for membership in the organization. It was noted that the main goal of AIESEC, an international youth organization operating in more than 126 countries, is to identify the leadership potential of young people and contribute to their development. It was noted that the organization, which has contributed to the personal development of more than 1 million young people since its inception, provides young people with the opportunity to gain international experience through various programs.

It was noted that Global Teacher is an international program that aims to provide students and young graduates with internships in non-governmental organizations, educational institutions and international schools abroad, and Global Talent is an international program aimed at university students and graduates to gain professional experience abroad.

Then Gular Huseynzadeh, a graduate of BMU Pedagogical Faculty, majoring in Mathematics and Informatics, shared her AIESEC experience with students. He participated in the 2019 AIESEC Global Volunteer Internship Program in Slovakia. G.Huseynzadeh stressed that by joining the internship program, he had the opportunity to participate in various social projects, develop his language skills, as well as make international friends and get acquainted with the cultures of other countries.

The event continued with answering students' questions.

AIESEC has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2006. At present, AIESEC Azerbaijan has more than 200 active members in our country.
