A memorandum of understanding has been signed between the University of the West Caspian Sea and the University of Economics in Bydgoszcz, one of Poland's leading universities specializing in economics.

It was noted that according to the memorandum, the parties agreed to exchange students and faculty, implement joint research projects and cooperate in other academic areas.
