Mahsati Zeynalova, a primary school teacher at Ganja City Secondary School No. 39 named after MC Pashayev, was awarded the title of MIE Expert.

According to Tehsil.biz, the MIE Expert program brings together the world's leading teachers who use technology to transform education. Teachers selected as members of the program have access to a wide range of electronic resources and support, as well as the opportunity to exchange experiences with teachers from different countries during the year.

Mahsati has been working as a primary school teacher for 21 years. He currently teaches at ITE as well as teaching. In the 2020-2021 academic year, he participated in the "Listen to the Voice of Nature" project, which involved teachers and students from 3 countries in the eTwinning project. At the same time, Microsoft Education Center is a candidate for the MIE Expert nomination for teacher training.

Mahsati Muallim, who was invited to the EYFOR International Forum organized by EYUDER (Association of Educators' Expertise), one of the largest associations in Turkey, delivered a speech on "Application of Web 2 Tools in Education" at the International Congress. The article of the same name will be included in the book "Notice Summaries".
