An event entitled "Our victory is our pride" was organized by the Baku Academy of Choreography (BCA). At the beginning of the event, a minute of silence was observed in memory of the sons of the Fatherland who gave their lives for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

Opening the event, Tahir Eynullayev, director of the BXA College, said that the people and our army were united in one flag, united for the cause, and were very proud of the glorious victory.

Gulnara Mirzayeva, daughter of National Hero Ilgar Mirzayev, Ali Gasimli, father of martyr Mukhtar Gasimli, Sonakhanim Abbasova, wife of martyr Teymur Abbasov, said they were proud of their relatives' martyrdom for the Motherland. They thanked the staff of the ICA for the attention paid to the martyrs and called on our youth to always stand guard over the Motherland and be patriotic.

Various musical numbers performed by students and teachers of the Baku Academy of Music were performed at the event, and the winners of the essay contest dedicated to the martyrs of the Great Patriotic War were awarded. The academy also thanked BAA graduates Musa Musayev, Orkhan Nagiyev, Valeh Mirzazade and Sanan Osmanli for their participation in the 44-day war.

It should be noted that an exhibition of students' handicrafts and a video dedicated to the Great Patriotic War were shown at the event.
