On October 23, 2021, Nargiz Niftaliyeva, a teacher at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Mingachevir State University (MSU), together with psychologist Seymur Safaraliyev, conducted a training on "Empathy" for young people at the Mingachevir Youth House.

According to MSU, during the training, young people were informed about the nature, necessity and forms of empathy, various practical tasks were performed and questions of interest to young people were answered.

It should be noted that MSU attaches special importance to the active participation of academic staff in various formats aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of young people living in Mingachevir and surrounding areas.
