It is determined to whom the right to receive part-time doctoral education will apply.

According to Tehsil.biz, this is reflected in the draft law "On Higher Education" prepared by the working group on the draft law "On Higher Education" under the Committee on Science and Education, which will be discussed at a meeting of the working group on November 2.

According to the project, doctoral education will be carried out in the form of full-time and part-time education. Only those working in higher education institutions (except colleges) and scientific organizations will have the right to receive part-time doctoral education.

It was noted that doctoral studies (adjunct) is the third level of higher education with the highest level of scientific training and the eighth level of the National Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning of the Republic of Azerbaijan. (APA)
