On October 29, 2021, Baku State University (BSU) and Mingachevir State University (MSU) successfully completed a five-day training program entitled “Secondary education in school management and post-pandemic: methodological and psychological nuances”. .
According to Tehsil.biz, directors, deputy principals and teachers of Mingachevir secondary schools, young employees, students and masters of the Pedagogical Faculty of MSU took part in the trainings organized online via the Microsoft Teams platform.
As part of the program, which lasted from October 25 to 29, Elmina Kazimzadeh, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology of BSU, "School leadership, principles, strategies and values", "School atmosphere and leadership functions", Professor Rena Ibrahimbayova "Gender issues in education", Bahar Karimova, a researcher at the Republican Scientific-Practical Center "Development", was trained on "Working with talented students" and exchanged views on pedagogical and psychological problems in school management in the post-pandemic period.
At the end of the program, the participants shared their impressions, thanked the leadership of both universities, administrative and academic staff for their support of cooperation and wished continued training.
It should be noted that in order to strengthen the academic potential of MSU, special attention is paid to cooperation with BSU, one of the leading and oldest higher education institutions in the country. In order to increase the effectiveness of this cooperation, a multifaceted joint action plan is being implemented between the universities. Aimed at contributing to the comprehensive development of students and graduate students, academic and administrative staff, this action plan includes master classes, conferences, round tables, scientific seminars, trainings, exchange of experiences and student-oriented events of various contents.
