President Ilham Aliyev has signed decrees amending Presidential decrees No. 1251 of December 27, 2010 on approving the structure of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and No. 664 of July 24, 2014 on improving the structure of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. .

1. Part 1 of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1251 dated December 27, 2010 “On approval of the structure of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2010, № 12, Article 1090) shall be repealed.

2. To make the following changes in the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 664 dated July 24, 2014 “On improving the structure of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2014, № 7, Article 891):

2.1. Part 1 to be given in the following edition:

“1. To establish the following regional departments of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1.1. Absheron - Khizi Regional Education Department on the basis of Sumgayit city, Absheron, Khizi district education departments;

1.2. Mountainous Shirvan Regional Education Department on the basis of Agsu, Ismayilli, Gobustan and Shamakhi district education departments;

1.3. Ganja-Dashkesan Regional Education Department on the basis of Ganja and Naftalan cities, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Goygol and Samukh district education departments;

1.4. Karabakh Regional Education Department on the basis of Aghjabadi, Aghdam, Barda, Fuzuli, Khojaly, Khojavend, Shusha and Tartar district education departments;

1.5. Gazakh-Tovuz Regional Education Department on the basis of Agstafa, Gadabay, Gazakh, Shamkir and Tovuz district education departments;

1.6. Guba-Khachmaz Regional Education Department on the basis of Khachmaz, Guba, Gusar, Siyazan and Shabran district education departments;

1.7. Lankaran-Astara Regional Education Department on the basis of education departments of Astara, Jalilabad, Lerik, Lankaran, Masalli and Yardimli districts;

1.8. Central Aran Regional Education Department on the basis of education departments of Mingachevir city, Agdash, Goychay, Kurdamir, Ujar, Yevlakh and Zardab districts;

1.9. Mil-Mugan Regional Education Department on the basis of Beylagan, Imishli, Saatli and Sabirabad district education departments;

1.10. Sheki-Zagatala Regional Education Department on the basis of Balakan, Gakh, Gabala, Oguz, Sheki and Zagatala district education departments;

1.11. East Zangazur Regional Education Department on the basis of Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Gubadli, Lachin and Zangilan district education departments;

1.12. Shirvan-Salyan Regional Education Department on the basis of Shirvan city, Bilasuvar, Hajigabul, Neftchala and Salyan district education departments. ”;

2.2. Part 6 shall be repealed;

2.3. Items 2.1 and 2.2 of the “Structure of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by this Order shall be considered as items 2.2 and 2.3 respectively and item 2.1 shall be added with the following content:

“2.1. State Agency for Vocational Education under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan; ”.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

3.1. To approve the number of employees of the Office of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (hereinafter - the Ministry), the Baku City Education Department and regional education departments within one month;

3.2. Within a month to ensure the transfer of state property belonging to preschool educational institutions (except for orphanages) on the balance of the relevant education departments of the Ministry and subordinated to local executive authorities to the balance of the Ministry's Baku City Education Department and relevant regional education departments;

3.3. To take measures within two months to address the issues of their logistics in connection with the establishment of regional education departments of the Ministry;

3.4. to resolve other issues arising from this Order.
