Madina Giyasbeyli was born on May 6, 1948 in the city of Baku.

It should be noted that along with her great pedagogical skills, Madina Giyasbeyli was also a Methodist-scientist who made significant contributions to the development of Russian language teaching aids as a foreign language.

Textbook sets developed by BSU and his colleagues at the Department of Russian Language and its Teaching Methods at the Heydar Aliyev Modern Education Complex, where he worked for many years, were invaluable teaching resources for local and foreign students.
