The Ministry of Education told Tehsil.biz that a student wishing to apply for an educational loan must be notified by his / her parents or guardian when he / she is under 18 years of age, and by a notary public if he / she is over 18 years of age. . Then the student enters the portal e-ttkf.edu.az to determine the right to receive a loan. Access to the portal is possible with an identification number, "Easy Signature" and "E-signature". The student's right to receive a loan is determined electronically and the loan is issued by the authorized bank. To do this, the bank sends an appropriate link and a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to the smart phone number specified by the student eligible for a loan. After the student links to the link, enter the appropriate OTP password. In this case, the face recognition system of the authorized bank is activated and the customer is identified through this system. After the relevant information is confirmed by the student in the system, the loan agreement and the loan insurance agreement are formalized, and the tuition fee is transferred to the educational institution.

The student can track information about any status changes related to the issuance of the loan via SMS.

It should be noted that the purpose of allocating student loans is to ensure access to education for all, especially those from low-income groups, to create equal opportunities in education and to expand the scope of education.
