Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev was awarded the prize of the best rector of the best university of the year.

Speaking at the awards ceremony at Nakhchivan State University, Chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Nakhchivan State University Territorial First Party Organization Arzu Abdullayev noted the university's achievements last year.
