Some people do not feel the need to develop the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully. According to child and family psychologist Marina Zajigina, they think that this ability automatically arises as children grow and mature.

However, this is not the case and should set an example for the child to learn how to resolve the conflict peacefully.

Another important point is the ability to put yourself in the shoes of another participant in the conflict, the expert said.

"It happens that a child begins to show aggression from an early age: to offend his mother and relatives, to quarrel with his siblings, to argue with his peers in the playground, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to teach minors the ability to communicate with others and put themselves in their shoes, "said Zajigina.
