"Tehsil.biz" was informed about this by the Ministry of Science and Education. It was reported that you can apply for the program until September 1. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who are preparing for admission to doctoral studies in priority specializations in prestigious foreign higher education institutions or are currently studying abroad at the doctoral level in relevant fields can participate in document acceptance. The list of documents required for applying for doctoral studies abroad within the framework of the State Program, the announcement and the registration link are posted on the website of the Ministry of Science and Education.
