The court overturned the prison sentence against them and each of them was sentenced to a suspended sentence and released from the courtroom on August 25.

It should be noted that G. Isganderova was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months, and K. Aliyeva and E. Babayeva were sentenced to 6 years.

Starting from 2017, G. Isganderova took 126,500 AZN from a total of 21 people, using her position as a servant, in collusion with AMU employees, in the name of preparing them for various positions at the Medical University. According to the accusation, he defrauded citizens and incited them to pay bribes, and prepared fake orders on behalf of the University for them to be employed in various positions at the university.
