During the month of August, 43,764 applications were received by the Baku City Education Department (BESTI). Most of the incoming appeals have been answered and resolved promptly.

Tehsil.biz reports that according to statistics, 33,906 calls were received to the Call Center (number 146-1). During this period, 4,705 citizens applied to the Citizens Reception Center.

In August, 3,256 documents (1,964 applications from citizens, 411 from the Ministry of Education, 136 from other institutions, 381 letters from schools and 364 personnel applications) were received and registered. Also, 1,897 electronic applications were reviewed.

The received applications covered the study of the rules of regulation of various issues, admission to pre-school educational institutions and school preparation groups, student transfer, extension of the teachers' employment contract, employment, information provision and other issues.
