The qualification selection of applicants (including sub-bachelors) who want to be admitted to the vacant plan places of higher educational institutions and colleges on the basis of full (11-year) secondary education will be carried out until 23:59 on September 7.

Applicants (sub-bachelors) admitted to higher education institutions do not have the right to participate in the competition for admission to the vacant plan places and colleges.

Applicants (sub-bachelors) can indicate the codes of specialties of secondary specialized educational institutions as well as specialties of higher education institutions with vacant places in the electronic specialty selection application form. The list of vacant plan places of higher education institutions was published in the 7th issue of "Abituriyent" magazine. The admission qualifications of secondary vocational schools were published in the 5th issue of "Abituriyent" magazine.

Applicants (sub-bachelors) who do not approve the electronic specialty selection application will not be admitted to the competition.
