A car hit and killed a 5-year-old boy in Jalilabad region.

Tehsil.biz reports with reference to "Report" that the incident was recorded on September 5 around 14:00 in the section of the Jalilabad-Yardimli highway passing through Musali village of the region.

Thus, Amanov Rabil Alibala oglu, born in 1967, was driving a VAZ-21063 car, when Musali village resident Farajli Jeyhun Janali oglu, born in 2017, hit him. As a result, the child was placed in the Baku Clinical Medical Center and died there the same day.

Regarding the fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 263.2 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules of traffic and operation of vehicles, when carelessness causes the death of the victim) and the investigation is underway.
