The Association of Management of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB) released information about the condition of a 13-year-old girl who became a mother in Baku.

According to the information provided by the institution, a call was received to the Baku City Emergency and Urgent Medical Aid Station operating under TABIB from Sabunchu district regarding the occurrence of a birth at home.

The information stated that the call was made yesterday around 13:30. The emergency medical team provided first aid to the mother born in 2009 in order to prevent complications after childbirth. Later, a newborn boy and a pregnant woman were hospitalized in the Scientific-Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology of TABIB by ambulance.

Currently, the condition of the mother and the child is stable, they are being treated at the medical institution. The weight of the child is 3,600 grams.

Law enforcement agencies were informed about the matter.
