According to "Tehsil.biz" information, the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev said this during his speech at the September conference of Baku education workers.
He said that 78% of teachers succeeded in the first stage:
"2,367 (22%) teachers need improvement. 5,599 teachers will receive 10% bonus if they pass the interview stage. 27% teachers will receive 35% bonus. 52 people scored 0-10. 1,530 people scored 21-29 need improvement should be involved in the courses".
