Due to the ongoing aggression in Israel, the start of classes in schools and all educational institutions in Lebanon has been postponed from October 7 to November 4.

This was announced by Lebanon's Minister of Education, Abbas Halabi.

"The ministry cannot take responsibility for the threat posed to 1.3 million students, as well as teachers, which is why the start of the school year has been postponed until November 4," the minister stated.

He added that most of the buildings of public schools, colleges, and institutes are being used to accommodate refugees from the southern regions.
