Gadir Gafarov, a lecturer at the Azerbaijan Technical University and an independent researcher on vocational education, has published a methodological manual on "Training theories and modern approaches in vocational education" on vocational education and training.

Tehsil.biz reports that the toolkit identifies an effective training strategy for the organization of specialty modules, general competency modules and on-the-job training.

Initially, the organization of the learning environment was considered on the principle of integrative learning. Forms and methods of training used in the course of the lesson were noted, and examples of some specialty subjects were shown with the expectation of an integrative principle.

According to the author, the use of effective training methods in the teaching of vocational modules is the key to the training of qualified personnel.

The published methodical manual is intended for general education teachers, specialty subject teachers and masters of industrial training working in the field of vocational education.
