Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev will receive residents of Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Masalli, Yardimli, Lankaran, Astara and Lerik districts via video link on September 10, 2021 at 16:00. IDPs temporarily settled in those regions can also take part in the reception.

Residents of the mentioned regions on September 1-8 (until 18:00) by calling the Call Center of the Ministry of Education at 146-1 (working days only) or on the official website of the Ministry (https://edu.gov .az / contact_us) can be registered for video reception by applying electronically.

The main purpose of the video reception is to expand the opportunities for citizens to apply to the Ministry of Education using modern technologies, to allow people living in the regions to communicate directly with officials via video link without visiting the administrative building of the ministry.

Citizens will be allowed into the room where the video reception will take place on the basis of the list of applicants and identity documents. Relevant sanitary-hygienic norms must be observed at the place of reception. No more than one person may be present at a video reception at the same time in connection with an appeal.

If it is necessary to submit the necessary documents related to the citizen's application during the video reception, he will have the opportunity to submit these documents directly to the authorized employee of the institution where the reception was held or in electronic form. These documents will be sent to the Ministry of Education for investigation.

Responses to inquiries requiring an investigation will be carried out in electronic form via the e-mail address specified by the citizen, or in writing at the applicant's postal address or orally by contact phone.
