Trainings have been launched for those who want to work as teachers in universities

ARTI has started trainings for those who want to engage in pedagogical activities in universities, working in industry and various fields of the business world.

Tehsil.biz reports that the main topics of the trainings organized to increase knowledge and skills in this field are the first step in pedagogical activity, planning and application of teaching, normative-legal regulation of higher education, application of modern digital technologies in educational process, scientific guidance, teaching management, is professional ethics.

Leyla Sultanli, Goshgar Maharramov and Rza Mammadov acted as trainers in the project, which started on October 16 and will last for 4 weeks. The trainers spoke on the creation of the syllabus, the concept of pedagogical activity, pedagogy of higher education, relevant items of the law on education, the legal and regulatory framework of higher education.

Leyla Sultanli received her bachelor's degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and her master's degree from Hacettepe University in Turkey. He is currently a doctoral student at Istanbul University, majoring in Management. He is a lecturer at the Department of Economics and Management of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and teaches at the Faculty of Economics of the Turkic World. Trainings were held at KOBIA and a number of local companies. He is also the co-author of the textbook "Fundamentals of Management".

After completing his bachelor's degree in Biology at the Middle East Technical University of Turkey, Goshgar Maharramov received a master's and doctoral degree in education management from Eskisehir Osmangazi University. He completed his second master's degree in Philosophy of Education at Ankara University. He was engaged in teaching and research in various higher and secondary educational institutions in Azerbaijan. He is currently a lecturer at the Baku Higher Oil School and the British College of Azerbaijan, and is a Senior Research and Development Specialist for the T-Network Educators' Internship and Communication Platform. He also founded the Association of Educational Administrators and authored scientific articles in local and foreign journals.

Rza Mammadov received a bachelor's degree in economics from Anadolu University. He then graduated from Nakhchivan State University with a master's degree in public and municipal administration, and from Eskisehir Osmangazi University with a doctorate in education management, inspection, planning and economics. He has published articles in many international magazines. He currently works as a teacher at Nakhchivan State University.
