The statement came from Education Minister Emin Amrullayev at a briefing, Tehsil.biz reports.

According to him, there is no prohibition by law for holding any positions:

The process must be set up properly to make the appointment of principals transparent. We will move to a more centralized system, which is effective. "Directors are selected through a competition and the number of participants seems to be small. Today, there are 500 vacancies in the country. The problem is with skills and competencies. Over time, the issue will be resolved through a competitive labor system."
