The 38-year-old mother of five, who lives in Uganda's Budaka province, went to high school 30 years later to pursue her dream of becoming a female teacher.

NBS TV reports that a woman named Harriet Canyago was standing next to students 30 years younger than her, which attracted the attention of those around her.

The 38-year-old woman said she wanted to work as an elementary school teacher and started learning English.

Canyago said he did not have time to study because he took care of his young children, but it was never too late to get an education.
